CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) "An Act relating to the                          
practice of architecture, engineering, and land surveying" which had           
been held in third reading on reconsideration (page 1886) was before           
the Senate.                                                                    
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                 
46(STA) "An Act relating to the practice of architecture, engineering,         
and land surveying" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the
